Claim or correct a listing
Every Virtual Care Atlas listing is built from the clinic’s own website and public registries. If something is wrong, out of date, or you’d like your clinic removed, here’s how to tell us and what happens next. Listings are free, and corrections are too.
Step 1
Find your listing ID
It’s at the bottom of your clinic’s page, in the “Is this your clinic?” box, and it’s also the last part of the page address, e.g. /clinic/your-clinic-austin/.
Step 2
Tell us what to change
Email corrections@virtualcareatlas.com with the listing ID, the field to change, and a link to the page on your own website that shows the correct information.
Step 3
We re-verify
We check the change against your site, and the NPI Registry where relevant, then update the listing and its “verified” date. We’ll reply to let you know what changed.
What we can change
- Name, address, phone, website: when your website shows the new details.
- Services: added or removed to match what your website names. We can’t list services that aren’t on your site.
- Telehealth: tagged when your site says you offer telehealth or virtual visits.
- NPI: send your organization NPI and we’ll match it in the NPPES registry. The name and address there must match your clinic.
- Closed or moved: we’ll remove or move the listing.
- Removal: owners can ask for their listing to be removed.
What we won’t do
- Sell placement, “featured” positions or badges that imply quality.
- Publish ratings, reviews, testimonials or before/after claims.
- Add medical claims or prices we can’t verify.
- List product shops. Virtual Care Atlas is for clinics with clinical staff.

Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Listings are free and placement cannot be bought. Clinics are ordered alphabetically on city and state pages.
Can I ask you to remove my clinic?
Yes. If you are the owner or an authorized representative, ask us to remove the listing and we will remove it after confirming you are connected to the clinic.
Can I add services that are not on my website?
No. We list only services your own website names, so we can link to the source. Add the service to your website, then ask us to re-check.
Will you add ratings, reviews or a badge?
We do not publish ratings, reviews or scores for any clinic.
How long does a correction take?
We aim to re-check a listing within a few business days of receiving a complete request.
